Breakfast was an open faced sandwich with 1/2 and avocado and tomato with salt and pepper plus 1/2 a grapefruit and a cup of Constant Comment tea. (About 305 calories total)


Lunch was a ham wrap with pickles, dijon, cheese, and lettuce plus a bowl of banana and strawberries.
(325 calories total)



Afternoon snack was celery sticks with PB2 and 11 almonds.

Dinner was turkey meatloaf, roasted broccoli, and 1/2 of a sweet potato.
