Breakfast this morning was at noon and I had a bread round with a microwaved egg and half an avocado plus a small pink lady apple with cinnamon. I also had a mug of decaf green tea.
For a snack around 3:00 I had 2 (almost vegan) oatmeal raisin cookies.
For dinner I had leftover Chicharrones with a baked potato and hominy. For dessert we had 2 cupcakes.
For a late night snack I had some roasted almonds.
