For breakfast I had an open faced sandwich of 1/2 an avocado and a whole Roma tomato with salt and pepper with a fruit salad of a banana and 6 strawberries with Truvia sprinkled over it. I also had a cup of caffeinated tea.
Lunch was a ham, cheese, and tomato wrap on 80 calorie bread.
Snack
Dinner was crock pot split pea and ham soup with homemade white bread. On the second buttered slice I put raw honey and cinnamon on it. MMmmmm...
Dessert was 1 and 1/2 oatmeal cookies and later I had a bowl of popcorn.
